Supreme Court Shoot

I must say, it’s quite an experience filming the Supreme Court of Singapore. Other than that, I can’t say anything else, as I’ve signed my life away to the highest court of Singapore.

But I can definitely talk about my experiences with my lovely crew.

On Monday, I wore all black since we’ll be indoors the whole day, so I won’t combust spontaneously. However, near the end of the day, someone in the crew said that I looked like a witch. The following is a re-enactment of the scene:

Ah Pek: 有人因该给这个巫婆一个帚把然后她可以飞。

(Translation: somebody should give this witch a broom, so that she can fly.)

Someone else (I think it was Jingle): 没有帚把，给她一个 C-Stand就好了。

(Translation: there’s no broom, just give her a C-Stand will do.)

Wah piang eh, I was like… idiot!!!!

Then on Tuesday, I wore a green top with black pants in the hopes that I could avoid criticism. But no… I kenna also. The reason for this is that the cleaners, yes cleaners working at the Supreme Court also wear a green top.

Jingle: Auntie, 你在这里做什么。 你应该在那里才对嘛。

(Translation: Auntie, what are you doing here? You should be there.)

Then the rest of the crew took up the call as well. My face was like this -_-“’ by then.

On Wednesday, I wore a purple polo tee with black pants. No one in the cleaning department wears anything remotely like my colour combination. Like that, I also kenna.

Jingle: eh, 管工，管工.

(Translation: Supervisor, supervisor.)

Wah piang eh, damn bua tahan can.

Insulted by them left, right, centre. *shakes head* The pain I have to go through. Sigh. But on the other hand, being with the crew is also rather fun. This is only when I am NOT the butt of the jokes lah.

Another rather irritating thing that keeps happening is that the crew keeps pairing me up with another member of the crew, Sunny. The thing is that I don’t like him. Very sickening.

This is not the end. I'm going on a shoot with them this Saturday as well as a continuation of the Supreme Court shoot on Monday.
